[edit] INTRODUCTION INTO ZENTAI
Becoming a ZENTAI requires commitment, as ZENTAI instruction is structured and codified to enforce discipline and hinder transgression. The ZENTAI Code is portrayed as being the central philosophy and dogma. Several versions exist. By the time of the LAZER WARS it included many fairly esoteric prohibitions far removed from the core beliefs of a ZENTAI, such as a doctrine that training shall only begin in infancy. However, throughout all of these changes there was a central, core part of the code that remained the fundamental belief of a ZENTAI.
THE CODE

THE ZENTAI WEAR ZENTAI DRESS
Skin tight suits that cover the entire body are commonly called zentai (from the Japanese ゼンタイ). This is either a contraction of zenshin taitsu (全身タイツ) ("full-body tights") or a direct translation of "full body" (全体 zentai). Zentai is most commonly made using nylon/spandex blends, but other materials such as cotton and wool are used as well.

For reconnaissance missions, they employ ZENTAI FIGHTER CRAFTS. As the LAZER WARS progressed, the ZENTAI, in command of the Republic Armys, were given STARFIGHTER Interceptors. The starfighters INTERCEPORS WERE A NEW TYPE OF FIGHTER CRAFT used as field command vessels in addition to the FIGHTER CRAFTS.

What the… is silent birth all about.
It came about after lots of reach and studding to find out that birth is the most traumatic time in any one persons life
ZENTAI say that it is the best way to give birth is with the lest amount of antithetic as you can possibly handle, and to try and make the lest amount of noise, as possible
why silent birth?
Silent birth is having a quiet or gentle birth, and it’s all about providing the best environment for the birthing mother and her new baby. It’s labor and delivery done in a calm and loving environment with no spoken words by everyone present as much as possible. Obviously, there will be times that that’s not completely practical, but that’s the intention and the general plan. Chatty doctors and nurses’ shouts to “Push! Push!” and loud and laughing remarks, even if they’re meant as “encouragement,” those are things we’re trying to avoid.
Why do ZENTAI practice silent birth?
It’s based on ALESPANDA'S research into the mind and spirit. He found that words spoken during pain and unconsciousness can have effects on an individual later in life. It’s called the reactive mind. Anyone can read about this in A group of books and on the internet, but mothers who are familiar with this and have seen the effects more generally, naturally want to give their baby the best possible start in life, so they want to keep birth as quiet as possible.
How are medical emergencies handled when the parents opt for silent birth?
ZENTAI has no policy at all against the use of medicines that have a purpose for a specific situation, if it’s a medical problem, its up to the doctor and the patient so that means that if a C-section is necessary, then a C-section it is. If the mother desires painkillers, then she can opt for an epidural or whatever.
So some conversation, then, is allowed in the delivery room?
Absolutely. You should understand more basically about Scientology. Scientology’s not a set of rituals that have to be followed. It’s methods that can be used; it’s principles that can be understood by people. So, Scientology and its application in everyday life helps people solve problems, it provides answers to questions like, “how do we solve study problems?” and “how do we improve our relationships?” “How do we make our businesses and families flourish?” All those things are principles that Scientology can aid people with. Similarly, in a silent birth, it’s a principle that as few words as possible during is desirable because those words can have an unfortunate effect. But if you need to- if words need to be said, instructions from the doctor, especially if the mother herself wants to say something, or if she feels like screaming, there’s no intention to keep what needs to be done from being done.
Can you explain more fully what the negative effects of speech on the neo-nate—the newborn baby—might be, or, conversely, what the benefits of silence are for both the mother and the baby?
If you read THE INFO ON THE INTERNET OR THE BOOKS, FROM THE BOOK OF ZENTAI, you’ll see a lot of examples here, it gives a lot of examples. If you have experience with the method of THE BOOK OF GENTA, you’ll see that for instance an example that a mother gave me one time was, if someone is screaming loudly, "Push! Push!" while the child is being born and is under some pressure and so forth, it may not be obvious right away but maybe years later the child is in a situation and someone is yelling “Push! Push!” about a bicycle, “Push harder on the bicycle!” the kid all of a sudden really doesn’t like the situation--maybe he has a headache and feels tired--the child doesn’t know, and the parent doesn’t know that there’s anything in particular going on except all of a sudden the child feels tired, and what could the problem be.
It stems back, it turns out, to something that the child experienced during birth. The principle that you’ll read in THE BOOK OF ZENTAI is that words entered into a time of pain and unconsciousness do not enter as data that an individual can use to think with. Instead, these words are entered as commands into the reactive mind not possible to easily access but able to affect the individual. So, comments about what a difficult time the mother’s having, some concern about the child, there are all sorts of things that go on in the course of birth and all these things, when they are entered as words, into the child’s reactive mind, can produce bad effects later on.

Salvation lies in the realization of oneness with the impersonal universal ENERGIYA KI (ZENTAI), thus unlocking one's healing potential, The path to salvation, or enlightenment, includes achieving states of increasingly greater mental awareness--Pre-Clear, Clear, and ultimately practicing ZENTAI and using the universal ENERGIYA KI in everyday life.

ZENTAI has no actual restrictions on food; it is up to the individual to make his/her own choose on what foods they want to eat and what foods they don’t.
in ZENTAI there are foods that are eaten quit often at meal time.
soups
- Noodle soups with meat, mushroom, and milk.
Soups based on cabbage, most prominently Shchi.
- Thick soups based on meat broth, with a salty-sour base like rassolnik and solyanka.
- Fish soups such as ukha and kal'ya.
- Grain- and vegetable-based soups.
meat dishes
- Studen´ (or Kholodets) - Jellied chopped pieces of pork or veal meat with some spices added (pepper, parsley, garliс, bay leaf) and minor amounts of vegetables (carrots, onions). The meat is boiled in large pieces for long periods of time, then chopped, boiled a few times again and finally chilled for 3-4 hours (hence the name) forming a jelly mass, though gelatine is not used because young meat contains enough glue substances. It is served with horse radish, mustard or grinded garlic with smetana.
- Kotlety(cutlets, meat cakes), a Western European dish popular in modern Russian households, are small pan-fried meatloaves, not dissimilar from Salisbury steak and other such dishes. Made primarily from pork and beef (sometimes also from chicken or fish), they are easily made and require little time. Milk, onions, ground beef, and pork are put in a bowl and whisked thoroughly until it becomes relatively consistent. Once this effect is achieved, the hands are usually powdered with flour to keep the mixture from sticking while you reach to form them into balls (or any shape you'd like, really) and then put into a hot frying pan to cook. When meat was in short supply, a portion of it could be substituted with bread to protect the size and flavour of the katlyeti.
- Pirozhki (singular: pirozhok; diminutive of "pirog" (pie)) are small stuffed buns (pies) made of either yeast dough or short pastry. They are filled with one of many different fillings and are either baked (the ancient Slavic method) or shallow-fried (known as "priazhenie," this method was borrowed from the Tatars in the 16th century). One feature of pirozhki that sets them apart from, for example, English pies is that the fillings used are almost invariably fully cooked. The use of chopped hard-boiled eggs in fillings is another interesting feature. Four typical fillings for traditional pirozhki are:
1. Fish sautéed with onions and mixed with hard-boiled chopped eggs.
2. Chopped boiled meat mixed with sauteed onions and eggs.
3. Mashed potatoes mixed with eggs and sour cream.
4. Sautéed cabbage.
- Shashlyk is a form of Shish kebab (marinated meat grilled on a skewer) popular in former Soviet Union countries, notably in Georgia, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan. It often features alternating slices of meat and onions. Even though the word "shashlyk" was apparently borrowed from the Crimean Tatars by the Cossacks as early as the 16th century, kebabs did not reach Moscow until the late 19th century, according to Vladimir Gilyarovsky's "Moscow and Moscovites". From then on, their popularity spread rapidly; by the 1910s they were a staple in St Petersburg restaurants and by the 1920s they were already a pervasive street food all over urban Russia.

Cabbage juice (fresh, but more often sour, from fermented cabbage) is boiled with a small amount of sugar. These drinks do not keep long and are made in small amounts in household conditions.
