I am from South Florida. I have been studying Buddhism since August 2002. I came across Buddhism while taking a religion course in college. My Buddhist studies started with the New Kadampa Tradition and around the beginning of 2004 I came accross the FPMT center in South Florida, [Tubten Kunga], where Geshe Konchog Kyab is the primary teacher.

Geshe Konghog Kyab is my primary teacher along with some other wonderful teachers at my center. On Sundays Ven. Thubten Tsering teaches an awesome meditation class that can't be beat.

[Tubten Kunga] is full of very wonderful people. Currently the center is located in Deerfield Beach and features classes all week long. The center also has a fully stocked bookstore and library.
