Supernatural means something that is outside of science. Something that does not play by the rules of the physical universe. It includes miracles, magic, acts of deities, and other phenomenon that would be classified as ordinarily impossible.
It is not science that is not yet discovered. That is still science but is unknown science. For something to be supernatural it must actually defy science because once there is a scientific explanation for it, it is no longer supernatural.
