Robert L. Thomas is Professor of New Testament at The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, CA, and an author, editor, and contributor to many books and other publications. He is perhaps best-known as author of A Harmony of the Gospels (ISBN 006063524X) and as author of exegetical commentaries on Revelation. Thomas holds a B.M.E. from Georgia Institute of Technology, and studied at Moody Bible Institute and at Faith Theological Seminary before earning his Th.M. and Th.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He was the first full-time faculty member at Talbot Theological Seminary and taught there from 1959 until joining the faculty of The Master's Seminary in 1986. Thomas has also served as a member of the translation team and editorial board for the New American Standard Bible, and as president of the Evangelical Theological Society in 1990.
