Rich Raddon was a director of the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and has served as a producer of several independent films. Raddon was one of the most prominent Latter-day Saints to lose his job as a result of following the counsel of the First Presidency to support Proposition 8.
Raddon is a Latter-day Saint (LDS). He received a bachelors degree in business finance from Brigham Young University in 1991. In 2008 he headed the direction of the LDS First Presidency and donated to the Yes on Proposition 8 campaign in California.
