[edit]Welcome

This wiki is for religious people and religious communities of all kinds. We coexist on this wiki.

Again, this wiki is for all religions. All religions may be practiced and thought and written about in this one place. Create agnostic, atheist, Bahá'í, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jain, Jewish, Mandaean, Muslim, Odinism, Pagan, Realist, Sikh, Taoist, Unitarian Universalist, Zoroastrian, Equalism or whatever pages to this wiki. You can work on them alone, but we can just as well work together on pages here.

What is religion? — another riddle to think about. If you are feeling creative, you might want to create your own religion here, with a brief explanation of beliefs, practices, rituals, calendar and all of the other trappings that comes with a religion. See the first constructed religion for WikiReligion: Tricircular System.

You may even import and rework entire holy books into your section, or ad media like movies or documentaries. There is space enough for all. If you have some religion-related content, please add it to this wiki (but please do so without violating the copyrights).

Unitarian Universalism

Unitarian Universalism (UU or UUism) is a liberal religious tradition that was formed by the merger of Unitarian and Universalist groups. Its roots are in Protestantism, although Christian beliefs are no longer required for adherents to modern Unitarian Universalism and most Unitarian Universalists (UUs) do not consider themselves Christian.

Unitarian Universalism has its origin, and most of its adherents, in the United States, where its largest organization is the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). The Unitarian Universalist Service Committee is a related nonsectarian organization which started out of an effort to smuggle Jews and other targeted groups out of Nazi Germany. The UUSC works to promote social justice and human rights around the world. Unitarian Universalist churches worldwide are represented in the International Council of Unitarians and Universalists (ICUU).

Unitarian Universalism is a creedless religion. It is a syncretic religion, which respects all the major religious traditions, and religious services often draw from the various world faiths. A major difference between Unitarian Universalism and other major religions is a strong emphasis on tolerance and acceptance. Unitarian Universalist churches welcome gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people as well as the disabled, and the church does not discriminate on the basis of skin color, national origin, or ethnicity. A large portion of its members consider themselves humanists, and many may hold Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Pagan, atheist, agnostic, pantheist, or other beliefs, or may not choose a particular theological label. This vast diversity of views is considered a strength by the UU faith, since its emphasis is on the common search for meaning among its members rather than adherence to any particular doctrine.

Wayism

Wayism is a polytheist open religion. Wayism is the religion of our future, somewhat modeled after its' reference in the Andromeda TV series. Wayism combines the philosophies of all the world's existing religions, into a polytheist belief system.

Wayism does not pick and choose aspects of other religions, nor merge what they have in common, Wayism accepts all religions in their entirety and sees no issue with contradictory beliefs. Wayism also combines philosophy and atheism. Wayism sees no issue in one person being both Christian, Wayist, and Atheist. One does not convert to Wayism, a Christian Wayist remains Christian, a Muslim Wayist remains Muslim, and Atheist Wayist remains Atheist, one just acknowledges that one is also Wayist.

Wayism seeks to share the knowledge and wisdom of disparate religions and philosophies amongst its' followers.

Wayism is defined by its' adherents, and constantly changing and adapting with society.

Wayism is an Open Source religion. Don't just join the religion, help create it, don't just follow the path but lead the way.
