Peter of Juilly was a Benedictine monk and renowned preacher. Born in England, he joined the Benedictine monastery at Molesme. There he became acquainted with St. Stephen Harding. He was later the confessor for the nuns of Juilly les Nonnais. He was known as an exceptional preacher and a miracle worker.[1]
