Paethism (PAY-th-ismm) is the core teaching of different branches of lifestyle that all connect to each other in various ways. They have a god that directs each lifestyle and up into the Path Test (which occurs at the age of two in all temples) that brings them to a certain path.

The Paths are the staple system of Paethism (often shortened to Pathism). In Paethism, there are eight paths that you can belong to in the Path Test. Unlike other religions, paths have nothing to do with genetics. You could be a Faul while your mother is a Pecho and your father a Returios. Below is a list of the paths, how to get that path (in the Path Test, see Rituals), and about your path.

As a Pecho, you are best suited for a life of music. You possess great talent in harmony and rhythm. It is your duty to enlighten the world with your beautiful songs.

As a Tazurin, you are best suited for a life of military. You possess great talent in construction and power. It is your duty to protect the world with forceful authority.

As a Faul, you are best suited for a life of politics. You possess great talent in diplomacy and persuasion. It is your duty to expand the world with your political strategies.

As a Lanur, you are best suited for a life of salesmanship. You possess great talent in trade and barter. It is your duty to richen the world with successful trades.
