Marshall Berle, nephew of the Jewish American comedian Milton Berle, was manager of the California bands Spirit, Van Halen, and Ratt. He is the founder and President of Laugh.Com, a comedy record label.

Berle began his career at the William Morris Agency in 1960, signing the Beach Boys to a long term agency contract representing the band from the beginning of their career through 1965. During the mid 1960s Berle went on to be the agent for Little Richard, Canned Heat, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Spirit, Ike and Tina Turner, Taj Mahal, Rufus, and Marvin Gaye.

During the 1970s and 1980s he was in the personal management business and started TimeCoast Records, a Los Angeles based indie record label signing Ratt to a record contract, along with The Alley Cats, and worked with The Surf Punks.

In 1994 Berle created his comedy website along with Robert Kohn. Other founding partners are George Carlin, Milton Berle, Jonathan Winters, Red Buttons, Phyllis Diller, Rich Little. Berle is working with The Jerky Boys to create a new comedy CD.
