Marquette University High School is a Jesuit high school located in the United States of America in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1857. Marquette University High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, urban, college-preparatory school for young men.

On July 21, 2007 MUHS celebrated their 150th anniversary with a homecomming followed by an anniversary mass at the Al McGuire center at Marquette University.

MUHS is currently under renovation and building on an addition. They are building a new chapel on the south east corner adjacent to the Humphery Gymnasium. In order to utilize space more effectively, they are also renovating the old Jesuit residence providing space for the music, chorus, fine arts programs, administrative offices, faculty meeting rooms, and allowing for even more vertical expansion.
