Luna Fides was founded by Robert Oliver in the early 2000s. Many people joined his faith. Students were taught the many different ways they could transcend the mortal realm. Once transcended our basic energy structures are sent to join other energy forms to create the Silver Moon.

[edit] The Great Moon
Every 23.4 Billion years the stars align to form a mold in which energy from our dead bodies(souls in some religions) fill. After being completely filled with ~30million transcended the exact number of souls aloud to transcend in this universe, after 300 years, the mold will release the Silver Moon. The Silver Moon has many names, but Oliver often referred to the moon being Silver. Moon is added to the name because the large mass of solid energy will rotate and move around the earth, much like the moon in our solar system. Many students believe that the moon is one of the many building blocks in our universe, like a Particle.
The Oliver is often reffered to by his followers as the Moon Summoner. Although this is not a actual title denoted by the religion, it is something of endearment term used by those followers closest to him.
[edit] Transcend or Stay
Since only 30million souls are required, and allowed, not every follower is required to transcend to the mold until the moon is near completion. Many followers stay behind, Transcending only to stay behind and make sure people find their way to the mold. Some transcend only for greed, they transcend just to have immortal lives. When this happens it is called a Dark Transcending. This is the same thing as going to hell in many other religions. Because Dark Transcending is possible it is necessary for some of the Transcended that stay behind to hunt down and destroy the Dark transcended to allow new pure Transcended souls to start their journey.

It is said in the Book of the Moon that our true purpose of humanity is not to understand our lives or work on improving life. Our purpose is to lead other living creatures, and this planet itself into the light of the Silver Moon.

Followers refer to the book as BotM, or Bot M. Oliver said he had no part in writing the book, it was given to him by a man, who is now refered to as the Savior. Oliver explains that the book was given to humanity to prove that everything he believed was real, because it was in the book. Oliver urges everyone to read the book because it was put in our hands in hopes that humanity would hurry and finish the Silver Moon before the star alignment was lost in 2012, destroying our planet, and our universe.
