Chad I Ginsburg (born April 24, 1972) is a Jewish American musician. He is the lead/rhythm guitarist and producer of the band CKY.[1]

Ginsburg was working in GroundHog Studios in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he met future band mates Deron Miller and Jess Margera. After hearing a demo of Disengage The Simulator from their band oiL, Chad immediately wanted to be part of the band having recently left Rudy + Blitz. The band later changed their name to CKY.

He states his main influences as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Richie Kotzen, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie Malmsteen and GG Allin. Ginsburg is endorsed by ESP guitars, and was previously endorsed by Ibanez and owns 1976 Artist, 1984 BC RICH, and random stock/custom Ibanez RG's including his custom CKY RG. He has been seen using the ESP/LTD Eclipse in the video for "A #1 Roller Rager", and a ESP/LTD M Series Guitars on stage. Ginsburg owns his own studio named Studio CIG where CKY's latest album was made.

He once dated singer Jena Kraus known for her work with Blind Melon and was also engaged to long time girlfriend Jina Dierolf.
