1.1 Overview

American Panism is an American based belief system. American Panism is a Pantheistic religion founded by Prophet Joseph Crowe in the year 2009. American Panism is a Pantheistic and Dualistic belief system consisting of an idea of oneness with the pantheistic god Pan, and the many deities who are seen as children of Pan. In truth, all humans are seen as being children of Pan, but not on the same level as the Pani, or deities.

1.2 Pan

Pan is the god of American Panism. The view of Pan is Pantheistic in the sense that all is one with it, yet dual in the sense that Pan is a hierarchal body of many working parts. This concept is called the Body of Pan. Pan is viewed as being one with it's body, yet being above it at the same time.

1.3 Pani

Pani are the lessor deities of American Panism. In the Body of Pan they are below Pan itself, and above the beings of the earthly plane. The Pani are seen as being infinite in number in that they are born of organisms of Pan's body called pyre-flies. The pyre-fly organism is without shape and definition until the conscious thought of the human mind gives them form. In this sense all the deities of old are seen as existing Pani. Pani of the sun such as Horus, or Mother Pani like the Virgin Mary. In addition there are many Pani defined by American life, in that Panism is an American based religion.

Popular American Pani are Filma, Musica, Fashionis, Gameron, Technologa, and Interna. Filma is the patron goddess of film and movie theatres. Filma has long blond hair, blue eyes, and is clothed with several strips of film like seen on movie reels. Musica is the god of music and muscial instruments. He is depicted as having spiky black hair, and wielding an electric guitar. Fashionis is the god of fashion and is depicted as an effiminate teenage boy with shoulder length brown hair, a yellow t-shirt, and skin tight jeans. Gameron is the geeky patron of video games. He is shown as a black haired nerd, wearing thick geeky glasses and holding a game controller. Technologa is the patron goddess of technology and inventors. She is a red haired lab technician in a white lab coat, and wielding a wrench. Likewise Interna is the patron god of the internet. Iterna is depicted as a man coming out of a laptop's screen. His chest, arms, and head are visable. His arms are outstretched with wires connected to the ends of his fingers.

1.5 Ancient Pani

Popular Pani of old include: Jesus, Mary, Buddha, Horus, Ra, Moses, Mithra, and Zeus. Jesus, Buddha, and Moses make up a special class of Pani called the Teacher Pani. The Teacher Pani are seen as Pani who can illuminate the mind to secret knowledge and higher mysteries. In addition Mithra and Horus are also seen as being teachers with additional elemental attributes. Horus is a Pani of sun, and Mithra of earth. Ra is a sun Pani, and Mary is part of nurturing class of deities called Mother Pani.

1.6 The Saints

Other such Pani are the result of the pyre-flies coming into contact with the souls of the departed. These Pani are saints. This class consists of both venerated saints in mainstream religions, and family saints, usually venerated within individual families.

1.7 The Angels

The angels are a special class of Pani called Guardians. This class is charged with the welfare and protection of humanity. Beings in this class include: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Sandalphon, Metatron, Satan, and other such examples. Some of these angels serve unique functions as well. Satan in particular is the highhest ranking of the angels and is charged with testing humans with trials in life. Satan is not seen as negative because in the end the mistakes he causes people to commit ultimately causes the person to grow. In this sense the view of Satan is similar to Judaism's view of the stumbling block.
